Donations (cash only) must be place in an envelope, card, gift bag or gifted book in plain sight upon arrival. A quick shower is mandatory at the beginning of all dates. All payment is recognized as a gift solely for my time.

I do prefer outcalls over incalls since I do not maintain a permanent incall location in the city, but I am happy to host in an upscale hotel or airbnb with advanced notice, incall bookings now require a 20% deposit.

Cancellations: I know that life can get in the way at times, but if you cancel within 36hrs there is a $300 cancellation fee. Please keep in mind that you are only allowed a one-time cancellation.
